I guess we'll just focus on time, since it was the same distance as yesterday's run. Faster = better! Felt strong today- limited joints complaining. Kind of like the old days. Oh wait, I did set it to pause the timer when I was at 0 mph. Maybe it shut that off, so my time's actually longer. Sad.
