RECIPE: Cheese & Veggie Quesadilla


1 Whole Grain Lite Flatbread or Tortilla
1.5oz FF or LF Cheddar
Salsa
1/2 C Peppers, Onions, Tomatoes

1. Heat stove to medium and place the bread on the pan.
2. A minute after the bread gets hot, flip it.
3. Sprinkle on the cheese and veggies and wait until it melts.
4. Add the salsa.
5. Fold the bread and heat another minute to get crispiness.
