FIT:
4-HOUR ULTIMATE PRACTICE, going hard the whole time. After 3 hrs 30 min, I started feeling extremely tired (on top of the usual need to eat every 3-4 hrs, I had been running around a whole bunch, so my blood sugar must be low). Far more tired than I am after 10-milers, even - hard to say whether I went farther than that, b/c there was a lot of sprinting (mixed with some not-moving). Ohhh man. It was awesome, though. It'd be great if we had this every weekend, though maybe for only 3 hrs. Oh yeah, I'm running on 6 hrs of sleep over two nights.
FUN:
Winter Formals at the Colonial Club with KJ & JY, Dancing to the Jazz & Swing Band, Catch Phrase w/ '08ers, AIAers, plus.
