630: Salmon; Red Wine; Boiled Turnip, Napa, and Caufliflower; Tangerine; 75% Light Cheddar on 2 x WW Bread; 3 x Smores (1.5 sheets of graham crackers w/ cocoa powder & marshmallows); Santo Domingo single-origin 67% Dark Chocolate ("upfront pleasant smoky notes lead into a pronounced wine profile with bright fruity acidity and delicate spice notes" - accurate and noticeable... unless it's all just in my head... though I prefer the "strong and well-balanced bitter and sweet chocolate profile" of the San Tome 70% with "underlying aromatic coffee tones with warm spice notes") ;) - I'm a coffee, chocolate, and nuts kind of dessert gourmand - fruit does not belong in dessert, unless it's some type of berry sauce atop a vegan cheesecake, oh man.

FIT:
2.9-mile Megaloop> 24:07... bad time b/c I had planned on doing the M 2x, but I didn't wanna go by that scary dog again, and I thought that if I just did 3 for now, maybe I could do a 2nd workout later today, since research has shown that breaking up a 4-miler into 2-2 milers gets you in better shape than doing the 4 in one sitting, but all that may just be rationalizing a lack of will power. We'll see whether I do that 2nd workout.
