7 hrs of sleep last night, plus 2hr nap. I'm trying to get better sleeping habits. With the exception of about 6 hrs over two nights, I've been getting 6-7/night for the past week. Time for bed, so I'll get up early in the morning and hopefully churn out an essay (only a 3-pager).
