dear jen lee,
you are incredible. haha it makes me feel bad about the junk i eat lol. its fun to read about your thoughts on ultimate stuff. ^_^ seriously though, don't beat yourself up too much... it's really really mental. just keep trying and eventually it'll become sub-conscious and like 2nd nature, once you stop thinking about it so much, it'll be a lot better. i'm speaking from my own experience anyway... i'm not sure if you know, but last season my throws were really inconsistent, i didn't want to handle, and i'd get really upset about throwing away the disc. but just keep doing it and doing it... and remember to feel happy about your good catches and throws (ie: catch in the end zone vs uDel or was it Penn St?). and maybe work on reflexes and agility? <-- just super helpful for ultimate in general. keep your head up and keep up the good work. (tell me if i'm being annoying). ~vix

Aww, thanks. I really appreciate your help with this. Yeah, I'll keep at it, and hopefully, the throws and catches will get better. See you at practice tomorrow :)
(real time: 1236am... we'll see what the blog says it is.)
