FIT:
40 min bike, progressively harder effort throughout. 10.5 mi, 14-19mph. 71 degrees.
I had wanted to run to get in miles, but my knees were a bit bangy. Dunno why. Too bad. Maybe I'll swim tomorrow. I don't know why I can't handle much mileage these days. Fastest times ever, but low mileage.
The bike session felt really good, though. My heart was working really hard throughout.
Mentally tough day today. Can't shake it.
